Just Breathe. Remember to breathe.
That is my favorite quote. I have no clue if anyone has claimed it as theirs, but I use it all the time. Especially when things get stressful or I am feeling the crunch of time, I repeat that simple phrase. You know when you get all stressed and feeling like things are about out of control, you tend to start holding your breath or breathing becomes more shallow. Check it out sometime. Be mindful of your breathing the next time you get stressed out. Then remember to breathe. Take a deep breath and just breathe through it. See how that works for you.
